Who We Are
Evans Builders is a third-generation, family-owned commercial and industrial contractor, delivering construction services across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States since 1951. Founded by Warren Evans and now led by the third generation of the Evans family, the company has built a reputation for handling complex commercial and industrial construction projects in demanding environments.
We specialize in turn-key construction, retrofits, re-roofing, and structural upgrades, with the ability to self-perform critical scopes such as concrete construction. This allows us to maintain control over quality, coordination, and schedule throughout each phase of a project.
Our experience includes work in active facilities where sequencing, safety, and minimizing disruption are essential. From food processing plants to industrial operations, we understand how to execute construction while keeping operations running.
At Evans Builders, our approach is straightforward. Plan the work, coordinate closely, and execute with precision. This focus allows us to deliver projects that stay on schedule, meet budget expectations, and perform long after completion.
